Charles B. Pyke, Ph.D. Expert Witness Climatologist FORENSIC DISCOVERY and EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY: Charles B. Pyke, Ph.D., Expert Witness Climatologist and Meteorologist, is the Principal Scientist and Primary Expert Witness of Associated Science Experts, LLC and American Weather & Hydrology, LLC. He offers a variety of specialized climatological and meteorological services to the legal and insurance professions, government, business, industry, the media, and the general public. Dr. Pyke is a well-known, highly experienced expert in his field. His professional experience as a meteorologist and climatologist dates back to 1960, with hundreds of cases as a court-qualified expert witness since 1989. He has testified in court trials dozens of times and in depositions in even more cases. Most of his cases involve civil litigation (almost equally divided between plaintiff and defense), but Dr. Pyke has testified in numerous criminal cases (both prosecution and defense), including some high-profile cases, and in several arbitration hearings.
